Delivery
Standard Delivery: 
All orders will be shipped via standard ground delivery unless otherwise specified. Orders received by 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed and should be received within 5-7 business days. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. CST (including Fridays, or holidays) will be processed the following business day and should be received within 5-7 business days. 

Expedited/Overnight Delivery: 
Expedited orders received by 12:00 p.m. CST will be processed and should be received by the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (including Fridays, or holidays) will be processed the following business day.Time of order placement should be considered when selecting shipping method.

International Deliveries 
At this time, it is not possible to specify international destinations and U.S. territories when placing an order online. However, you may have your purchase shipped to an international address by calling 512-469-9580 or emailing your order directly to info@ultimatefacecosmetics.com for a freight quote.  Please do so before you complete your order.


Additional Info

Items ordered together may be delivered separately. The following estimated freight costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

NOTE: International Air Shipping is available for orders 150.00 and under. It is a flat rate of $99.00 and usually arrives within 6 days or less. See International Deliveries above to contact us for details.


Delivery to Post Office Boxes

Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your order is received in less than perfect condition, please contact us directly for a replacement at 512-469-9580.    


Please note that all replacement requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
